Scope Of Work
Situated in an urban development, Highland Hospital's Acute Tower Replacement Satellite Building Podium package project is adjacent to Highland Hospital's busy Emergency Room in downtown Oakland. Currently under construction, in just 22 weeks, Overaa will place more than 7,000 c.y. of structural concrete and complete a multi-level below grade basement adn parking structure of nearly 117,000 sq. ft. The four level concrete podium structure will support a Medical Office Building on top.
