Scope Of Work
New construction of a 25,000 SF campus, including approximately 20 classrooms, special education space, a science lab, a music/art rooms, a multi-purpose cafeteria space, administration and teacher support space. The development includes a secured pick-up/drop-off area, sufficient parking for staff and faculty, and access to shared outdoor spaces for student use. Overaa also provided preconstruction services.
