Scope Of Work

Three-story,  Silver facility. The 500 seat main theater was designed by John Sergio Fisher - renowned designer of performing arts theater projects. The state-of-the-art theater is complete with a full theatrical fly loft, theatrical lighting and sound systems, lighting and sound control booth, mechanical and technical galleries, audience chamber theatrical side panel system, orchestra pit with sound reflector, and an exterior, below-grade 1,500 seat amphitheater. It also includes classrooms, offices, telecom, equipment bay and storage, records storage, restrooms, storage study, rehearsal rooms and gallery. Campus remained occupied  construction.  was facilitated through Navisworks for architectural elements and Tekla for the structural steel.
