Scope Of Work

The Oakwood Athletic Club in Lafayette is an -winning, high-end fitness facility with an outdoor Olympic pool, spa, indoor basketball, squash and racquetball courts, restaurant, and child care facilities. Overaa's work included a concrete tilt-up building; design build mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems and major site work. We also provided extensive preconstruction services for this notable project.
