Scope Of Work
The project included the expansion and renovation of the Emergency Department at Rideout Memorial Hospital to better accomodate the 55,000 patient visits per year. The project was constructed in multiple phases in order to keep the emergency department functional during construction.
Overaa was responsible to self-perform the concrete portion of the new construction of thirteen exam rooms, soiled utility room, and nurses station, as well as the renovation of existing traige, trauma, offices, break rooms, dictation, waiting room, and more. OSHPD collaboration.
