Scope Of Work
The new 42,500 SF City Hall Building replaces the City's existing facilities and provides council chambers, community rooms, a commercial kitchen, administrative areas, and parking. The project is s a two-story concrete tilt up structure within the Plaza San Pablo development. Utilizing the cast on-site concrete panel method, Overaa built 29 eight-inch concrete perimeter panels. After the panels were cured, cranes were used to lift, tilt and move the panels into place over the course of two days. The largest of the panels weighed 93,400 lbs.
