Scope Of Work
The West Behavioral Health Center is a 20,700 SF design/build expansion project. The Behavioral Health clinics approximately 2,300 adults and 400 children annually.
The two story, Silver project provides 50-plus patient care and therapy rooms for integrated mental health and substance abuse treatment in nine languages.
Design features tie the building to the existing West Health Center with a drop-off area and accessible parking stalls. Improvements include a standalone structure with a covered walkway to the existing WCHC, a shared outdoor courtyard with WCHC, and new service yard for trash/recycling containers and mechanical equipment. This is an OSHPD 3 project.
