Scope Of Work
The -winning new middle school campus provides all the needs and functions for a 21st Century middle school, with a focus on STEM programs. The existing campus was demolished and replaced with the new state of the art middle school which is a dramatic improvement to the community. The new construction consists of approximately 88,500 SF of space within two new structures. The DSA coordinated campus includes a new three-story building containing classrooms, administration, wellness center, multi-purpose room, library, kitchen, and associated support spaces and facilities, totaling approximately 60,800 GSF and a new two-story building containing classrooms, performing arts space, gymnasium, locker rooms, computer lab, Health Center and associated support spaces, approximately 28,200 GSF. The project includes the new buildings, playgrounds, garden/outdoor teaching areas, staff parking and miscellaneous site improvements. The project was CHPS verified.
