Carroll Building Co.

Carroll Building Company began business in 1959 working on private, county, state and federal projects throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are proud to have served this region with three generations of general contractors in the Carroll family.  Robert (Bob) Carroll, Steve's father, started and managed a building company in 1959 in Morro Bay where Steve, at a young age, learned the skills of the trade. In 1978, Steve began managing the company.  From these humble beginnings, the company grew, along with the Carroll family, to include Steve's wife Rosy and son David, who together own and manage Carroll Building Company.  

We are proud of our where and how our business began and are thrilled to continue our family tradition of serving clients throughout our community.
