Started as a service manager with one service tech, has grown to over ten tech. Recently hired a service manger as to become VP of Operations and making day to day decisions which impact over a period of time. Has permitted me to get out and see more of the jobs that Alliance has and also exposed me to meeting many more customers and getting more work for Alliance. Staying up to date on thew latest equipment is a challange in our industry. Being envolved in the LEED buildings is very interesting. We also do quite a bit of design build and a lot of multiple zoning projects. We monitor buildings remotely, and can make changes in the temperture and settings of the equipment. This is our area of expertise and providing comfort is our number one goal.
Being Vice President of Operations has been a challege I must admit, but I love a Challenge........!!
