Scope Of Work
- Edgeboro was sourced to provide a Design-Build Vapor Mitigation System for a new Jersey City, NJ Hotel.
- Edgeboro sourced and worked with a VMS Designer to Meet the Client’s Requirements.
- A sub-slab ventilation system, was installed along with Monitoring Ports.
- A Fluid Applied Vapor Barrier was installed across the entire footprint, including parking garage.
- Due to Winter Installation, Edgeboro proposed a specifically formulated product for winter weather conditions.
- For quality assurance purposes, a smoke test and QA/QC sampling was performed to satisfy requirements.
