Scope Of Work
Located near the Harrison Path Train Station, these 35,000 sq mixed use Retail and Residential units are being built to accommodate the growing population.
Edgeboro was contracted to supply and install the Passive Vapor Mitigation System in both the Retail and Non-Retail Portions of each Building
Approximately 1,200 lf of PVC piping was installed within the Aggregate Layer, including Plenum Boxes. A Passive Monitoring System was also installed, with tubing that terminate to a central Panel. The spray applied 60 mil Vapor Barrier was applied to the Horizontal Surface and under each Elevator Pit.
Edgeboro Accommodated the GC with application in Winter Weather Conditions to maintain schedule.
