Scope Of Work
Roper completed the build-out for The Loray Athletic Club in Gastonia, NC. The Athletic Club is a 15,000 square foot facility, located in the renovated warehouse buildings at Loray Mills. It serves the apartment community there as well as Gastonia in general.
The project began with removing everything down to the bare brick walls. New floors had to be poured to support the weight of the heavy exercise equipment, new wiring of course to support modern electric, communications and internet. Finishing work on the entire club included reception area, modern lighting with open ceilings maintaining the warehouse look and feel.
