Notable Facts

This project had a large quantity of stainless steel cable guardrails throughout its exterior corridors and unit balconies. The product came out beautifully despite difficulties of working constantly near leading edges of high-traffic corridors (see photos).

This project occurs at one of the busiest awkward intersections on Market St. Kwan Wo had many scope items where we had to perform very careful traffic control in order to install.

Summary

This project consists of a multi-story condominium residence built above a Wholefoods Market and Subterranean parking lot. The project sits at a prominent corner on San Francisco’s Market Street.
