Scope Of Work

Major  Items:  Clearing  grubbing, removal  existing pavement, concrete curb, sidewalk  all above ground facilities. Install & maintain Soil Erosion  devices, earthwork, grading  expanded  envelope, install new sanitary system, storm system, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, new asphalt pavement, striping  signage.

 Highlights:

Crisdel Group Inc., started a fast track contract with Turner ,  commenced  immediately.    an active hospital, personnel, doctors, nurses, EMT, patients,  visitors is a major concern with UHS  Turner.  Crisdel   worked closely with      accommodated   corridors through active  zones.  Challenges included removal  existing utilities from  new expanded  envelope, without impacting  daily fast track  .  Major items include existing sanitary  storm systems still   hospital, as well as installation  new systems.   order to accommodate scheduling for fast tracking    scope  , Crisdel’s   recommendation for    was approved, which allowed for  foundation  structural steel for   to be  within  aggressive scheduling requirements.
