Scope Of Work
This project increased the maximum wet-weather treatment capacity by 18 MGD to 54 MGD. The major components of new construction included two secondary clarifiers with RAS and WAS pump stations; conversion of the equalization clarifier to intermediate clarifier No. 3 with a new influent pump station; conversion of aerobic digesters to aeration basins No. 5 and No. 6; and structure modification and addition of new vertical turbine pumps to the filter feed pump station and utility outfall pump station.
