Brick and Concrete Restoration

This is a 6 story building constructed over 50 years ago. The brick facing has been popping off the existing brick facade as the result of water infiltration at the roof level along with the freeze thaw dynamic. The balconies needed much renovation work and some of the concrete had to be replaced. We have worked off and on at Chestnut Place over the past 5 or so years doing restoration work: removing and replacing brick, core drilling the balconies,  replacing concrete, etcetera.
