Michael Cervelli, founder of both companies, has been involved in New Jersey Real Estate for well over 20 years. Michael has personally experienced the wealth of change that has taken place along the Hudson and Bergen County Waterfront. Michael has sat on the Hudson County Board of Directors since 1988 and has been a  president of the HCBR. He has also served as president of the Hudson County Multiple Listing Service in 2007-2008, 2003, 2001, 1998, 1995.  Michael has proven himself not only to be an industry leader, but also has confirmed his integrity by serving on the ethics committee in 1993 and 1994, and as an expert witness before the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Cervelli Management Corporation is a team-based operation with staff backgrounds ranging in management, construction, and accounting. With over 80 years of combined experience, we are capable of handling any problem. Our management portfolio consisting of large scale apartment complexes, condominiums, office buildings, and retail and industrial locations has proven our ability to turn distressed properties into fruitful investments.  In many cases we have worked with local authorities to reform and remediate issues for buildings once considered dangerous.  We also work with condominium boards to create a better living environment for owners and tenants.
