PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: 807,000 square foot office tower constructed in 1929. Located on Main Street in the heart of Houston's Central Business District.
ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW: Developed a leasing program to re-lease the renovated building during the midst of the collapse of the oil industry. Leased the project to 100% occupancy within 17 months.
SIGNIFICANT LEASE TRANSACTION:
Mosbacher Production - 60,000 square feet
