Before Trinity University's Northrup Hall could be constructed, the demolition of the previous building and selective site demolition had to be performed, both, while classes were still in session. An existing fountain was carefully demolished because the University desired to salvage the centerpiece and re-install it in a new fountain display. Sitework activities included pad and site concrete preparations, rock excavation and extensive tree protection.
