Our Story

E. J. Breneman has been a leader in the road construction industry since 1942, and we continue to meet the challenges of public agencies and private builders with honesty and commitment to the highest quality in innovative road construction.

Breneman serves the Mid-Atlantic and Southern United States. We also travel as far west as Texas and as far north as the Dakotas. With our corporate offices located outside of Reading, Pennsylvania and our regional office in Zephyrhills, Florida, we continue to look for new opportunities and geographic areas in which to promote our new and innovative processes — always striving to remain the leader in promoting quality maintenance processes that provide our customers with a safe and cost-efficient alternative to conventional practices
