Scope Of Work
A restack project for a confidential energy client (corporate headquarters). This major remodel project consisted of 17.5 of 21 floors to totally demolish and retrofit. Included in the schedule that consisted of two floors at each phase, we had to work around the existing fire system while the building was total occupied. With the work being conducted on the two floors, our team had daily and weekly meetings in concerns with the fire system. The team set schedules that included the city fire department and the clients facility management team to work in replacing fire sprinkler heads, audible, strobes, etc. There was not an inspection that did not pass on its first inspection. Our team is well equipped in working with existing occupied spaces and understands the importance of safety and cost in dealing with a disruption in a fire system.
