Scope Of Work
Adaptive reuse of existing building, total gut and remodel of 5,071 sq. ft. New roof, hvac, electrical and finishes. Provided new storefront glazing system, exterior finishes and parapet wall. New 500 s.f. addition for car rental. New turning lane was also constructed for this project.
