Scope Of Work
University living takes on a modern perspective in the new five story, 125,000 SF, 476 bed Residence Hall on campus. Newly developed area of campus featuring the 1st use of the WIBS panelized structured system for the UNC System.
Facility features single and double suites. Each floor has student amenities such as computer labs, study areas, and laundry facilities.
