Scope Of Work
In 2010, RE was awarded the contract to perform extensive interior room, lobby, library, vending area, and restroom renovations, as well as, interior HOA renovations. RE worked closely with the design group, onsite management, and corporate management to deliver an exceptional remodel on time and on budget. Considering the hotel had a full book of business, revolving around the construction schedule, there was no room for errors in the schedule. Reconstruction Experts completed the remodel in 5 weeks and it consisted of two weeks per floor that overlapped to ensure substantial completion.
