Scope Of Work
The all new Courtyard Marriott hotel in Monterey Park was constructed right across from the AMC Atlantic Times Square 14 on Atlantic Blvd. stretching half a block from Hellman ave. to Emerson ave. The new construction consisted of 2 subterranean levels of parking, reaching an average excavation of 32 ft with a shoring area of 45,334 SF.
The design incorporates tieback, raker, and corner pipe bracing.
