Scope Of Work
The Pasadena Hotel is one of Pasadena’s historic preservation projects which includes the rehabilitation of the historic retail store façades and the construction of a new parking structure. The adjacent historic building was underpinned due to the construction of the new parking structure. The new structure was shored for 5 subterranean levels of parking, reaching an average excavation of 60 ft with a total shoring area of 31,721 SF.
The design incorporates 5 rows of tieback and corner pipe bracing.
