Scope Of Work
Overton Corporation was retained by Win Wholesale, Inc./Noland Company to assist with the property clean-up and restoration of their facility from damage suffered from a roof collapse of there showroom building in Kitty Hawk, NC. The damage resulted from extreme heavy downpours for summer thunder storms. Overton Corporation was on site to assist with removal of water damaged property and the relocation of all showroom merchandise. Overton Corporation’s continued involvement included working with Win Wholesale and their Insurance Carrier to finalize claim adjustments and to facilitate reconstruction. Overton Corporation established temporary office facilities and secured the existing warehouse for Noland Company to provide for the on-going business operations during facility restorations. A new facility was then constructed to provide an enhanced showroom for customers.
