Scope Of Work
Sprinkler line break in 2nd floor ceiling conference room. Impacted 16 SF ceiling tiles and 340 SF carpet tiles. Remediation services to include water extraction from carpet and furniture, set up and removal of air moving and dehumidifying equipment, daily readings to confirm dry out, debris clean up, application of antimicrobial agent on floor, cleaning and deodorizing of carpet and furniture, and return of furniture back to pre-loss positions.
