Scope Of Work
BCH Mechanical was selected by the Robins Morton Group to be the mechanical contractor for this Emergency Department Tower addition and renovations.
The project started with the demolition of the existing HVAC system including all ductwork and piping.
This was a phased hospital project in which we were working around existing conditions which added associated challenges to this project. The job consisted of relocating existing HVAC equipment, adding one new air-cooled chiller, and adding six chilled water air handling units with VFD. Also included in this project was the installation of galvanized sheet metal ductwork, and new air distribution for a complete mechanical system.
