Scope Of Work
This 27,000 square-foot building was constructed of concrete plank and masonry baring walls with brick and split face block veneer to the exterior. The building is fully air-conditioned and the project has a full fire protection system. Each floor has a common kitchen and lounge/study area. The construction time from design to final occupancy took 10 months.
