Scope Of Work
Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, one America’s largest retailers closeouts, excess inventory salvage merchandise, contracted J&S to build out Cookeville , located just off Jackson Street West Jackson Marketplace.
J&S several renovations to bargain store’s , remodeling more than 19,000 square feet sales floor space, while adding two new offices a new breakroom, polishing all concrete floors as well as adding a fresh coat paint throughout .
existing mechanical, plumbing fire systems also received modifications, along with many more updates.
warehouse receiving were expanded to accommodate a new overhead door and canopy along with an interior ground dock lift and cardboard baler. storefront received new branded signage, an automatic sliding door entry and ADA access ramp.
