Scope Of Work
This project replaced the Como Pool with a new water park pool facility with many amenities including a new Bath House, Concession Building, three pools including a Lap Pool, Zero Depth Pool, Lazy River and associated mechanical systems, play area. access road, and parking areas. The project included extensive use of rockwork at the Lazy River, play area and on the mechanical building. The Bath House included copper and stone exterior finishes.
CPMI was the Agency Construction Management for preconstruction and construction. We provided a full-time manager on site during construction.
