Scope Of Work

This project consisted of a $3.9 million interior renovation on the St. Cloud State University campus.  The fast-track project started in late April 2013 and was completed for the return of the student body by the middle of August, less than four months later. The scope included a complete interior renovation of the 1st floor student organization space - creating a more collaborative environment for the student body. The project also included the relocation of the student art gallery, renovation of two dining spaces, and the addition of a small dance rehearsal area. The project scope also included the opportunity to attend to a couple of deferred maintenance issues within Atwood.
