Scope Of Work

This office building was developed for the Minnesota Retirement Systems and also housed other tenants including the State Board of Investments and Secretary of State. The work included the base building, tenant build-out and parking ramp. CPMI served as the Owner’s Project Representative and was involved from the Design Criteria development phase through post-occupancy. We provided full-time staff on site during construction with a scope of services similar to that required on your project. The project was a Fast-Track Design Build Process.

CPMI was involved with the State of Minnesota in developing budgets and Project construction consulting, setting criteria standards and contracts
for an accelerated schedule. CPMI’s expertise in handling unique and complex projects was received favorably by the State.
