Scope Of Work
This 50,861-SF interior renovation of the Nuclear Energy Institute included the phased build-out of the 10th, 11th and 12th floors. Minor demolition and floor leveling were performed in the space, as well as MEP upgrades. New finishes included custom millwork with stone countertops, glass tile backsplashes, custom color glass countertops at the kitchen areas and fabric wrapped panels throughout the space. The new office and conference center areas featured glass entry doors and glass partitions, as well as demountable and skyfold partitions. Reinforcing the institute's commitment to sustainability and innovation, the entire project was constructed using green materials and methods. At the anchor of their new headquarters is the lobby and reception areas, which featured modern artwork illustrating their mission as the policy organization for the nuclear technologies industry.
