christopher consultants, ltd.(ccl) was founded in 1982 and is a full-service civil engineering, land planning, surveying, and landscape architecture firm.  The firm is organized as a corporation in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is designated a Small Business Enterprise by the Commonwealth's Department of Minority Business Enterprises. The firm's work is organized into divisions, each of which services a separate discipline within the company. These divisions include:

• Public Division (Universities, Federal, Local Service Authorities, Parks, Counties, Cities, Towns)
• Land Development Division
• Surveying Division
• Special Services Division (Planning, Environmental, Forensic Engineering, Expert Witness Testimony)
• Maryland Division operating out of the Columbia, Maryland office
• Corporate Services Division (Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Marketing, Business Development)

christopher consultants, ltd. prides itself with being able to provide all project services “in house” from conceptualization through construction. Our project management structure is organized so that once a project manager is assigned to a project that project manager is with that project from its inception to its completion, ensuring continuity, punctuality, direct responsibility and client satisfaction.
