Scope Of Work
This 12,000 square foot build-out brought all new finishes and custom floating soffits to Sapient’s newest space at their downtown Boston headquarters. H&H was directed to match the “feel and finish” of their previous build out, making this project part design-build with the owners directly, while also working on design and finish options through the architects and engineers. H&H has extensive experience in assisting design teams in maintaining their intent within budget and other construction restraints.
