The Wise History

Wise Construction began when company founder and namesake John Wise established the firm as a general contracting company in 1984. Beginning initially with smaller scale projects in education and healthcare facilities, John steadily built the company, adding talented personnel to expand the company’s depth and breadth of expertise. By the mid-1990s, Wise had evolved from a generalcontracting/carpentry firm to a full-service construction manager, a model it employs today. Throughout its 30+ year history, the company has established a reputation for providing the highest level of professionalism and service to its clients.
