Scope Of Work
Wise completed a campus expansion which included, large multipurpose rooms, production studio, lounge area, and a new reception area as well as an outdoor patio with views of the Navy yard. The project was completed on a fast track schedule to accommodate the growing needs of the IHP staff and students.
Wise implemented a design-assist approach which helped to keep the project on schedule and to make best use of the budget. Key subcontractors came on early in the process and assisted with the overall constructability and design. Wise worked with MGH IHP and key subcontractors to install a fully demountable office system developing a mock-up that included HVAC design as well as sound testing, ensuring that the selected design would meet the needs of the IHP staff.
