Scope Of Work
Conservation Hall is a somewhat unusual underground facility that contains a meeting space, grand entrance, corridors, kitchen and other support spaces.
Conservation Hall also contains an ADA connector that's a small addition to the existing residence. It includes an elevator to alleviate accessibility issues for a portion of the residence, along with an underground connector that ties the Governor's residence to Conservation Hall.
This project also included improvements to the residence entry, security infrastructure and numerous site improvements.
Design and construction methods qualify the building for Gold LEED certification. The project was completed in 2010.
