Scope Of Work
This $16 million project was fast-tracked in 14 months. While employing a significant amount of value engineering, PBG Builders were involved from the first day of this project with the land acquisition, and negotiations, to the design, and construction phasing.
Project features included:
76,000 square foot state-of- the art training facility, and office building
92,825 square foot inflatable structure, covering a full-sized Astroturf football field
Three natural turf NFL regulation football fields with an elaborate drainage system
Administrative offices, locker rooms, weight room, and three therapeutic pools
A 100-seat theatre style auditorium with rear projection, and broadcast uplink capabilities
Entire facility wired for data, internal, and digital satellite systems, as well as an elaborate high tech security system
