Scope Of Work
This 80,504 square foot addition to the church’s campus was built to meet an immediate need, but with an eye on future needs.
The project sits on 25 acres includes 1400 parking spaces. Much of our contribution was in value engineering, which saved the owner more than $2 million. We were able to generate further savings by handling the tax-exempt purchase orders and invoices for the church.
Features of the structure include a tiered sanctuary that seats 3500, state-of-the-art theatrical lighting and sound systems, and 10 classrooms. Planned future phases include choir practice rooms, administrative offices, additional classrooms, and a mall/gathering area to interconnect all spaces.
