Scope Of Work

Kern High School District’s 127,879 sf modernization of North High School was scheduled in two-phases of construction to complete new site infrastructure, power, signal and low voltage throughout the campus. Phase I included preconstruction and construction services to modernize the existing cafeteria, classrooms, boys/girls restrooms, industrial arts, quad area, and landscaping. Replacement of all interior and exterior cabinetry, finish hardware, floor coverings, acoustical ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, mechanical and electrical equipment, landscape and irrigation, telecommunication and public address system were among other upgrades.
