Scope Of Work
Kern High School District’s Phase II and IIA modernizations of North High School included demolition of existing facilities and construction of a new gymnasium, and a total reconfiguration with an 11,370 sf addition to the existing administrative building. Site improvements encompassed new landscaping, new parking lot, new entry and drop off access, and new parking lot lighting.
This new state-of-the-art gymnasium seats up to 2,000 fans and features three full length basketball courts with the ability to host three basketball games simultaneous. The new gymnasium incorporates an attached classroom, new boys and girls locker rooms, team rooms, large concession stands and new restroom facilities.
