Scope Of Work
The new state-of-the-art science and technology building at Santa Paula Union High School was completed utilizing the Lease Leaseback construction delivery method. This project consisted of a 2 story, 2 wing, fifteen classroom building. Included in the construction was a new parking lot, new campus wide fire alarm upgrade, and new shade structure. All work was completed on an existing and active campus.
The City of Santa Paula is approximately 65 miles northwest of Los Angeles and 14 miles east of Ventura. This historical city is the early film capital of California and the first boom town to strike oil in 1892.
