Scope Of Work
Darland was hired to convert a former West Omaha real estate office into two separate spaces. The nearly 18,000-square-foot remodel project was done for two tenants with unique needs. Arbor Bank occupied 11,140 square feet on one side, with Legacy Eye Care filling out the remainder of the building.
Originally based out of Nebraska City, this Lakeside branch is the bank’s only Metro-area location. The branch location featured high-end interior finishes including extensive stonework, a drive-thru teller lane, two conference rooms and more than 20 private and semi-private office spaces.
