Scope Of Work
When an Omaha couple decided to purchase a franchise from the Primrose School Franchising Company and build the Primrose School of Legacy, the school had just adopted a new prototype. Darland was selected to build the new school, which would be the first location in Nebraska and the first-ever using the new prototype.
The school features 10 classrooms, one warming kitchen, and a 2,000 square foot storm shelter. Seven different types of classrooms are each designed for age appropriate learning. Primrose provides childcare, early childhood education, kindergarten as well as an after-school program for children up to the age of 12. Darland also constructed four age-appropriate outdoor playgrounds that have Little Tyke equipment and pour-in-place rubber fall protection.
The school is located on the southeast corner of 175th Street and West Center Road in the Legacy Development.
