Scope Of Work
Ryan Construction was the General Contractor for an addition and renovation project to convert a circa 1961 Sisters of Mercy dormitory to classrooms and a new library.
The two-story steel addition was framed with precast concrete decks and a curtainwall facade. The renovations of this circa 1960 cast?in?place concrete structure includes new custom fabricated aluminum windows, new MEP?FP systems, a new library with high?end interior finishes, a tech center, classrooms, work-study rooms, conference rooms, and support space.
The site improvements include an outdoor lecture and performance venue, and amphitheater.
