Scope Of Work
Complete renovation of existing 7th floor south patient rooms. Included were new private medical-surgical patient rooms with private baths that meet current DPH standards. The project required phased shutdowns of 6th-floor patient rooms below for rework of existing plumbing. The project also included new rooftop mounted HVAC equipment as part of the hospital’s master plan for the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors. Also included was the new physical therapy room, nurse stations, staff support areas and new emergency power systems.
